How do I care for my leather goods?

We recommend minimal care for our leather products, as they are already conditioned and protected. Keep your leather clean and dry, and store out of direct sunlight. The leather is not waterproof, but can handle some moisture, such as a little rain. Dry your leather with a soft cloth if exposed to water.

Your leather can be cleaned gently with a soft cloth or brush. If further cleaning is necessary, try a damp cloth. mild soap or a leather cleaner can be applied to the cloth, but never directly to the leather. Allow your leather to dry thoroughly after cleaning, never dry with heat.

Do you take custom orders?

Custom orders are welcome. We can design a bag just for you! No charge until you are satisfied with our plan. Reach out through the contact form to get started.

Can I change my order after I placed it?

Change requests or cancelations on regular orders will be honored as long as the order has not shipped. Use the contact form to reach me quickly.

What is your return policy?

Returns for defects will be accepted within 30 days. Items must show defect in materials or construction. Items damaged by misuse or abuse will not be eligible for refund. Eligible items will be replaced, repaired or refunded at my discretion. Item must first be returned in original packaging with prepaid shipping label I will email to you. any refunds will be to your original payment method.

Returns for refund are accepted for 30 days on most in-stock items. Items must be returned in original packaging, in new condition. There will be no restocking fee. You will be emailed a paid shipping label to print for returns. Refund will be made to your original payment method once the item is received in good condition. 

Custom orders will be considered for return on a case-by-case basis. If parts of your order were made with special order materials, hardware etc., there may be a restocking fee, or your item may not be eligible for return, Custom order policy will be included in your order before your order is finalized. 

Personalized items and final sale items cannot be returned.  Use the contact form to start your return.
